Saturday night Papa and Granny came over for dinner and to carve pumpkins. Asher was very interested in the pumpkin and the inside, until I suggested to put his hand inside, not going to do it! He watched from a far, but was not interested at all in 'getting his hands dirty'.

"There's ELMO!"
We dressed the boys up on Sunday and went to the Harvest Festival where Elmo was a huge hit. So many of the kids who saw him proclaimed to their parents, "There's Elmo." I didn't realize how popular Elmo is to other kids. Asher wakes every morning and announces, "Elmo, please!" I was so excited when I received the Groupon for BuyCostumes. com, his $40 costume was only $15 and $4 for shipping, a steal I thought. Isaac's costume I bought almost 6 months ago went Pickles and Giggles went out of business. Asher had a blast on the bouncy slide! Daddy went down with him the first 2 times, but then Asher was all on his own and loved every moment of it. Isaac was pretty happy just sitting in the stroller and watching his brother and all the other people. I loved both the boys costumes. We stopped at Papa and Granny's house first to get pictures and light the pumpkins, so I was able to grab a couple pics there too. What a great, fun night we had and were home in time for baths and bed!

Here are the end results. I have always wanted to do a pumpkin different with the stem as the nose. Bates this year had several pumpkins with long stems. I was pleased with the way it turned out. Granny did the owl pumpkin, since Molly and the owl boxes have been so popular, she has a great love for owls.
Just the cutiest little tiger I have ever seen.
We tried to get him to put his head down a little, but he was confused...hence the look on his face.

Papa, Granny, Daddy and the boys heading in to the festival.
Really he had fun...

The first time down...
Then all on his own...
Having toooooo much fun!
Another bouncy maze thing that was a little too difficult. This is as far as Asher and Daddy got.
