Fun Weekend and Family

So, we have had David's family over some a couple of weeks ago and a few more on Memorial Day. I get a kick out of how much Asher's looks like a Perea. Asher had a blast on Monday with all the cousins, he was so tuckered out that night. I love how David has such a big family, it's wonderful. His Uncle Bob and Aunt Virginia are from David's mom side of the family, Uncle Bob is David's mom's brother. wehw, why is it always so hard to explain family? You know, so and so is his brothers aunts sister cousin and so on. You get it right? Anyway, it was a fabulous busy weekend. We even did a graduation party and some baseball. We are very much looking forward to this weekend which will be spent at the beach, Friday to Monday, nothing but relaxing on the schedule!! :-)

4 Months Old ... Already!

So it seems I am always a couple of days late on posting his monthly pictures...hey, I am just on 'Perea Time' Try it sometime :-)! Anyway, these are some of the best I think so far. Sometimes when I look at Asher, all I hear in my head is "I am inright, outright, upright, downright happy all the time. Since Jesus Christ came in and cleansed my heart from sin, I'm inright, outright, upright, downright happy all the time. Sing it with me...it's a catchy tune! A beautiful friend of David's Dad, Sylvia gave Asher a CD pack with 100 bible songs on it. We listen to them all the time in the car, even cousin LB sings with us on Wednesdays when Asher and I pick her up from school. Enjoy...

Recent Pics

Here are some fun recent pictures we have of our precious little Asher. David and I just love it when he falls asleep like this - the one of him in the dark long sleeve shirt is after a baseball game and he was pretty tired, but wanted his last bottle of the day. David is certain those are my pouty lips you see on our son. We also just love his little prayer hands. He is getting so big so fast. The last ones are from just this past Monday. I left him for a moment while he was playing on his 'Jungle' Gym and realized he had gotten real quiet. When I checked on him this is what I saw. So sweet!
